RD Turns 2 & Thanks to YOU {Royalties}!
Grab the hats, cake and cue Stevie Wonder’s “Happy Birthday,” we’ve got a birthday in the house!
Royal Dynamite is celebrating its 2nd birthday and we’ve got tons to celebrate! Like most two year olds, we are definitely into everything and going everywhere that let’s our fans know that Royal Dynamite is here to stay!
Like most birthdays, there is a time for reflection and celebration. A lot has happened since our “birth” in 2010 and we’ve even reached more heights since our first birthday in 2011. We’re proud to reach over 10,000 followers and fans on Facebook and Twitter and we’re just getting started!
In two years we’ve seen powerhouse collaborations and innovative programs, proving Royal Dynamite has not only grown, we have refined what it means to be “befitting of royalty.”
Royal Dynamite is always looking to gives its fans the best in creative execution and cutting edge design and this couldn’t have been possible without our great collaborations over the years! 2011 saw a unique collaboration with celebrity stylist, Seth Brundle. This project resulted in one of kind tank tops that bore the creative core “hot tanks for a hot summer.” Royal Dynamite will again collaborate with Brundle for another highly anticipated design series later on this year.
We also saw collaborations with Soletron, an information mecca for the sneakerhead and streetwear culture and Roozt, a one stop e-commerce shop that lets consumers shop trendsetting brands with a cause.
And once again, Royal Dynamite is taking its collaborative process to the next level by collaborating with the MisAdventures of Awkward Black Girl! The critically acclaimed web series and Royal Dynamite have come together to let fans redefine and celebrate what it means to be awkward with fan oriented contests and limited edition tees!
Our 2nd birthday has also seen Royal Dynamite give back in a big, unique way! RD Cares was established in 2012 and lets consumers give back while grabbing their favorite RD designs. Debuting on the sleek upgraded RD website this summer, RD Cares reinforces the core of Royal Dynamite’s spirit of fashion with community empowerment.
So while we wipe the frosting off our favorite tees and look back over a dynamic two years, we absolutely cannot forget who got us to our 2nd birthday, our fans!
These last two years have been more than amazing and so we thank you, our ardent RD “Royal-tees,” for your passion and your support. You truly make Royal Dynamite a unique and inspirational brand!
