Just came across this very exciting collaboration by German shoe and lifestyle brand k1X and Folorunsho Design Project: which remixes original African materials and techniques with western design.
This project draws its inspiration from Sierra Leone. Creativity lives in us all and this is what happens when 2 ethoses combine. Check out the collaboration here and support a good cause. $25 from the proceed of each 330 shoes manufactured will go to the youngsters that design and manufacture the Folorunsho pieces.
